Reza Satchu, Founding Chairman, co-founder and visionary behind NEXT Canada, has been the driving force of the organization since its inception, embodying the very DNA of its mission. Inspired to launch NEXT after his University of Toronto entrepreneurship course earned the #1 ranking for seven years, Reza recognized the need to foster an entrepreneurial mindset within Canada’s emerging founders. For over 15 years, he has volunteered his expertise, passionately teaching “The Founder Mindset” to each NEXT cohort. His course, delivered with his trademark energy and commitment, consistently receives rave reviews and has become a foundational experience for NEXT Canada participants. His teaching alone, given freely, is valued at over $1.5 million, underscoring his dedication to Canada’s entrepreneurial future.

Alongside his partner Marion Annau, the Satchu family have contributed more than $1 million in lifetime support for NEXT Canada.
