Terralynn is the Product Lead at FutureFit AI, an AI-powered platform for the future of work and skills reimagining the future of transitions and layoffs in the age of automation. She leads product strategy, research, and partnerships and is experienced with working alongside business leaders, governments, and non-profits in the workforce analytics and talent development space. Previous work experience includes predictive analytics for the federal government alongside the Chief Data Officer at Employment and Social Development Canada and freelance work in product management and market research with early stage start-ups.

Terralynn has led research projects and contributed to various reports on the future of work and skills with global partners, including the OECD, Misk Global Forum, and Canadian Council for Youth Prosperity. Terralynn holds a B.A. in Economics and International Relations from the University of British Columbia and is a Next AI 2019 Co-founder.
