Lauren thrives on adding value and making change in the world through her words, ideas and interactions. After a decade of working in documentary film and journalism, she was catapulted into Montreal’s tech community in 2014 and hasn’t looked back since. Through her work as a community organizer, tech journalist, Director of Communications at Real Ventures, and communications consultant, she strives to inspire and educate others about the potential of technology to have large-scale positive impacts on the world and help strengthen and shine a light on the Canadian tech ecosystem.
