Jeff is the Co-founder of nplex biosciences, a biotechnology company using DNA nanotechnology to develop the first truly scalable approach to quantifying proteins in biological samples. nplex empowers scientists with the tools required to understand biological systems at scale, and currently, nplex is working with top pharma companies and academic institutions to develop better therapeutics and diagnostics.

Jeff’s professional and entrepreneurial experiences have spanned a range of fields, including software engineering, machine learning (including NLP and bioinformatics), IP and patent work, and nano and biotechnology development and commercialization. Prior to nplex, Jeff obtained his PhD in Biological & Biomedical Engineering from McGill University (2017). Outside of work, Jeff is an avid gardener and enjoys soccer and hockey, snowboarding, running and camping.
