Bio
Alicia DeSantola is a Ph.D. candidate in the Organizational Behavior program jointly presented by Harvard Business School and the Harvard Department of Sociology. Her research explores the organizational and strategic challenges associated with scaling growth-oriented entrepreneurial ventures.
Alicia is a recipient of the Kauffman Dissertation Fellowship and has been recognized with the Harvard University Certificate of Distinction in Teaching for her course on entrepreneurship. She acts as an advisor to several U.S.-based startups. Alicia’s research is published in Academy of Management Annals and Harvard Business Review and has also appeared in the Academy of Management Best Paper Proceedings.
