Aileen is a 2020 Next 36 alumnus and is currently the founder of BeBlended while being a full-time engineering student and the University of Waterloo. After working in a variety of companies in Canada and Belgium; Aileen has gained expertise in market research, pitching, and marketplaces. Within her UWaterloo community, Aileen is also a Student Entrepreneurship Coach where she fosters the entrepreneurial spirit within students by connecting them to seasoned entrepreneurs and mentors in the Waterloo startup ecosystem.
