As the Chief Operating Officer of Spectrum Health Care, a leading provider of innovative and diverse home and community-based health care services, Peter Ricciardi oversees all aspects of business operations including business development, service delivery and IT. In this role, Peter leads a team of professionals and health care providers dedicated to delivering the highest quality of patient-centred care through leading practices and technologies. Since joining Spectrum, Peter has helped the organization scale and grow both organically and through multiple acquisitions leading various strategic, digital transformation and business integration initiatives. Peter’s previous experience includes executive and leadership roles with companies ranging from new venture to large corporate where he led successful go-to-market strategies, product and service expansion, client and partner development and new venture development including the creation of a national E-Commerce and Digital Trust services start up and the launch of the Internet Banking service for a new direct bank in Canada.

Peter holds a Master of Business Administration from Ivey Business School at Western University and a Bachelor of Science from University of Toronto. Peter also completed the International Business Program at the Stockholm School of Economics and executive programs at Harvard University.
