Ryan is the Co-founder and CEO of Synapse which is backed by Generation Ventures, Ripple Ventures, Differential Ventures, Ceas Investments and others. Synapse is an enterprise software-as-service company that focuses on automating front-end processes of learning development.

Prior to Synapse, Ryan co-founded GoFish Cam, a consumer-based hardware company that was acquired by private equity in 2019. He also led other technology companies and continues to mentor various entrepreneurs across several accelerator programs.
