Marie-Eve is Head of Talent at Diagram since 2016 and runs all recruiting, HR, and culture at Diagram and its current portfolio companies and advises and supports selected Portag3 Ventures portfolio companies.

She has over ten years of experience with high growth technology companies and startups. She and her team had hired over 450 employees in the last four years. Before Diagram, she helped ACCEO Solutions (formerly GFI solutions) scaling from 300 to 1200 employees.

Coming from a software engineering background, Marie-Eve is an expert in technology recruitment, in managing HR for startups, in Talent team management, and employer branding. She’s also an active TechAide committee member since 2019.
