Bio

KB is currently a Finance Transformation Leader at EY Business Consulting focusing on helping her clients transform and scale their finance organizations.

KB is a seasoned and experienced finance transformation executive with over 20 years of experience in finance spanning across different industries, with a deep understanding of online advertising, technology, consumer products, retail, not for profit, and media/entertainment.  She has a diverse finance, accounting, internal audit, operational audit and risk mitigation experience from a mix of both public accounting and industry background.  She has worked for global public companies to smaller private equity backed companies as well as pre/post IPO.  Her specialties include implementing strategic annual operating plans, budgeting, forecasting, strategy and finance operations.

KB was previously the Digital Transformation Executive at Core & Main, driving the Workday Solutions implementation for the company’s human capital organizations.  Prior to that, she was the Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis, Strategy and Investor Relations at Multiview, Inc, the leading B2B provider of online advertising.  Previously to that, she was the Enterprise Controller for Blackhawk Networks; where she supported the company’s successful IPO in 2013.   Prior to that, she worked at Electronic Art, Inc, the leading publisher of video games, through various roles in Global Audit, Risk Mitigation, Operational Audits and as Director of Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis from 2004 to 2011. Before joining Electronic Arts, Inc., she started her career in the Audit & Assurance practice at Deloitte.

KB is an alumni from the Harvard Business School and holds a B.S degree in Business Administration with a focus in International Business and a minor in Economics from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, California.
