Katya Kudashkina

Founder and CEO, Cultura; Ph.D. Candidate at Vector Institute and University of Guelph

Katya is the founder of Cultura. Cultura is a software platform designed to assess culture to mitigate risk and improve productivity using Artificial Intelligence.

Katya grew up in Siberia, Russia, studied engineering in Saint-Petersburg, and moved to Canada where she completed a degree in Computer Science and then an MBA at the University of Toronto - the top business school in the country.

She spent over 8 years in data analytics and reporting during her tenure at IBM and CPP Investment Board. Prior to Cultura, she founded UDIO, which focused on using data science in agriculture to provide farmers with actionable insight to increase yields.

In her spare time Katya is a yogi, surfer, volleyball player, and a competitive ballroom dancer.
