David studies mechanical engineering at McGill University. Throughout his studies, he has acquired considerable professional work experience: he developed an engine failure prediction program at Pratt & Whitney, designed surgical instrumentation for total knee arthroplasty, and created general surgical tooling at Zimmer Biomet. David has a hacker’s mindset – he likes to build, and is always on the lookout for new technologies. He’s had a 3D Printer for many years now, which he completely rebuilt. He is highly interested in robotics and artificial intelligence – he created a control system for human-inspired robot motion as a thesis. In his spare time David is an investor, has been practicing bodybuilding for 6 years, plays two musical instruments and likes to study human interactions.
