Tagg Jefferson completed his Integrated Engineering degree at the University of British Columbia. He was selected as one of the ’24 Under 24’ in Vancouver as The Inventor and received the Outstanding Future Alumnus Award from UBC Engineering for his work with his earlier startup, Dragonfly Instruments.
Tagg currently runs GridCure, his Next 36 company. GridCure provides analytical software to electrical power utilities to help them recover hundreds of dollars of value per meter every year in value by poinpointing power loss on their networks.
Accepted in to the Creative Destruction Lab, Batch 12 of 500 Startups, and recognized as one of the CIX Top 20 teams in Canada, GridCure has established itself as a thought leader in the smart grid technologies space.
