Chantelle Buffie

Chantelle is a driven leader with a head for business and a heart for social change. As a visionary, she is unwavered in her pursuit of excellence and creating value for others. Chantelle’s entrepreneurial journey began after studying abroad in Italy and travelling to over 15 countries. Combining her love for food, culture, travel and community, Chantelle co-founded Fusion Kitchen, a social enterprise that worked with immigrant women to develop their skills and confidence through teaching cooking classes. Additionally, Chantelle led a team of 10 to launch one of the first student-run accelerators in BC, where she collaborated with multiple startups, corporate sponsors, and business leaders. To fulfill her curiosity of the corporate world, she completed a coop term at TELUS and earned a permanent full-time position as a Business Analyst. Chantelle has been recognized for her contribution to the social and entrepreneurial community, including 2013 HSBC Women Leader of Tomorrow and Top 24 Under 24. In 2014, Chantelle graduated with Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship & Innovation and Management Information Systems at Simon Fraser University.
