Steven Wellman is a recent alumni of the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University, where he graduated as both an Ivey Scholar and Western National Scholar. He is the Co-Founder of Textbooks for Change, a social venture that provides students with affordable textbooks and donates a portion of proceeds to fund micro-finance initiatives in developing countries. Steven's work with Textbooks for Change has helped the organization generate proceeds of over $50,000 in its first year of operation. Steven also serves on the Editorial Board of the Ivey Business Review, Canada's only undergraduate business strategy journal. He has helped the journal cultivate a national audience and his work has been cited by publications such as the Financial Post. His passions include entrepreneurship, business strategy, operations management and trying to become a Jeopardy! contestant.
