Cham Mungoshi is currently a 4th year co-op business student at the Rowe School of Business at Dalhousie University. Cham immigrated to Canada from Zimbabwe in 2008 with his family. Due to the challenging enviroment he grew up in, he has developed a philosophy to take advantage of every opportunity that comes his way. Cham is very passionate about starting entrepreneurial ventures as well as developing and implementing rapid growth strategies for any type of business. Since 2010 in his first year of University, Cham has owned and operated a Student Works painting franchise in Halifax with revenue totaling $500 000. In 2012, he consulted for Student Works’ owner/ operators in the areas of sales, marketing, project management, customer relations and also on the implementation of business growth strategies. In August 2010 he was awarded with Golden Key International Honour Society membership for being in the top 15% of his class. Currently he is a supporting member of the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada in the Halifax chapter by raising funds and biking for Multiple Sclerosis awareness and research for its cure. Cham is an avid runner and an enthusiast of adventure activities such as white water rafting, scuba diving, and sky diving. Cham also believes in constant and never-ending improvement and to that end, reads books on personal and professional development as well as listen to numerous personal growth recordings.
