Tim is a Partner at Amrop Knightsbridge Executive Search with over 30 years of management experience leading Marketing and Sales teams in a number of industries including Technology, Financial Services and Commercial Real Estate. Tim focuses on building the Technology practice (Technology, Media & Software) for functions including Sales/BD & Marketing, Finance, Human Resources & Operations, as well as working with clients in other major market segments.

Tim continues to focus on understanding the growth strategy of his clients first. This business approach coupled with a solid methodology to deliver on search assignments has resulted in a group of highly satisfied clients. He continues to be personally involved in every search, ensuring a tight focus on selecting the right candidate.

Tim manages the annual selection process for the Canadian Business Hall of Fame. He earned his MBA from the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario after graduating from Queen's University.
